Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the trip is canceled, subject to the terms under "Non-Refundable Items" below.

A full refund will be issued if the guest decides to cancel their attendance on the trip prior to August 1, subject to the terms under "Non-Refundable Items" below.

If the guest cancels their attendance on the trip, a partial refund will be issued based on the following schedule:

• 75% refund if canceled between August 1 - August 31
• 50% refund if canceled between September 1 - September 15
• 25% refund if canceled after September 15

No refund will be issued if the guest cancels their attendance on the trip within one week (7 days or  October 1) of the trip.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving a cancellation notice.

To request a refund, the guest must provide written notice of cancellation (e-mail or letter) to the owner of Sip Wine Bar at derrik@sipsaybrook.com. 

Certain items or services (e.g. pre-booked meals, excursion deposits, transportation deposits, or other deposits and costs) may be non-refundable.
