Classes & Tastings at Sip

One of the most hated grape varietals is also one of the most loved (when you don't know what you're drinking). This class will show a variety of styles from all over the world and you can decide if you just don't like the grape or a particular style of Chardonnay.

We all know the noble grapes from around the world, but there are 1,000s of varietals that are less well known, if at all.  In this class and tasting, we will discover new varietals and you can compare them to the grapes you know and love.  You never know: you may even find a new favorite!

To celebate Earth Day, we'll be talking about and tasting vegan, vegetarian, and organic wines.  What makes them able to be designated in these terms?  How do they differ from non-vegan or vegetarian or organic wines?  Can you even tell a difference?  Let's find out!
