Classes & Tastings at Sip

April showers bring ... flowers.  This time of year we get excited to see all the colors of spring.  In this class and tasting, we will taste wines from around the world whose aromatics are full-on a bouquet of flowers.  We'll taste white, yellow, red, and purple flowers, all while drinking wine!

Do you think you can taste the difference?  In this class, we'll be tasting wines that are similar in grape or region, but very different in price.  Does that matter?  Can you taste it?  We'll see!

In this class and tasting, we will do a deep-dive into Pinot Noir.  We'll start with a short class on the grape, then taste how it changes and develops as it is grown all around the world.  Which Pinot will be your favorite?

Following-up on our successful literature & wine series, this class and tasting will highlight famous beach reads and perfectly pair each book with a wine that expresses the nuances of the novel.  Always fun and insightful while still being informative about wine - this is a must attend for readers.

In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States, we are doing two classes that celebrate our Founding Fathers and their love of wine.  In this class and tasting, we'll explore the wines that our 3rd President collected and enjoyed.  Wear your red, white, and blue!

Our yearly Shark Week class is back and bringing you some of the top white wines from around the world.  We're going to bring in celebrated and highly-rated white wines that will challenge your past white wine experiences and (hopefully) show you how complex and beautiful they can be.
